If you decide to contract our services, a $100.00 deposit is required when you sign the contract, and your deposit is not refundable. We do not have any provisions for verbal agreements for our services, all services that our clients would require for their event must be itemized in the contract.
All balances due are payable two (2) weeks prior to the event. If you contract our company for services within two weeks of your event, the full amount for the services are payable upon signing of the contract. This is mainly for last minute bookings.
All information on the bridal form which the wedding couple fills out for their receptions should be sent or phoned in to our office at least two weeks prior to the event, so that we may have ample time to obtain any musical requests that our wedding couples have chosen that may not be in our song library.
Our pricing is subject to change at our discretion however once the prices have been booked by the client and Music Man Productions they are not
subject to change they are locked in by such contract being signed.
Deposits and payments must be either personal/business checks or cash, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
We have special event insurance which is needed for certain locations.
Due to the high volume of weddings that we perform at Music Man Productions
we can hold dates for perspective clients for several days only (in certain circumstances ), we cannot hold dates without deposits.
Appointments can be made for days or evenings and generally take about one hour, our demo is approximately 45 minutes in length. You can see our Package Page and watch our VIDEO DEMOS if you are from out of the area.
Our sample music lists are available for our clients via email and generally after the client has contracted our company for our services.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY.....in the event that a dvd, vhs or cd has to be retuned to us due to damage during shipping, typographical errors, or some other malfunction, the product must be returned to us after we are contacted about the problem. In the event that it is a dvd or cd that has a "glich" or skips or other issue, the client must try to play it on a different dvd player, especially since we play the dvds on several players prior to mailing them out. If it has been determined that the product is defective after confering with us via email or phone, the product must be shipped back to us for further inspection, at that point we will decide if another copy is needed and/or will be shipped to the client. Our company reserves the right to refuse to re-edit projects once they are received by the client. Altering a project has an additional cost (studio time is $50.00 per hour) and it is at our disgression. Our company will correct typos at no charge.
